يعكس خلاط الجرعات الوزني من Flying Tiger الابتكارات التي تزيد من كفاءة الإنتاج، ويتميز بتصميم محسّن، ومكونات عالية الأداء، وبوابات مخروطية مزدوجة مصممة للتحكم الدقيق في وزن الجرعات. لا يقتصر الأمر على تحديد كمية الجرعات بدقة، بل يشمل أيضًا تصميم فريد لخلاط دفعات لخلط ما يصل إلى 8 مواد.

بوابة مخروطية

تصميم بوابة مخروطية متعددة لضمان جرعات سريعة ودقيقة. يمكن توسيع محطة الجرعات حتى 8 محطات.

الخلاط

خلاط صغير لضمان خلط المواد بشكل كامل ومتجانس.

وحدة التحكم

نظام تحكم PLC لبرمجة سهلة وفق متطلبات كل عميل. نظام التحكم بفقدان الوزن يرفع دقة الجرعات إلى 99.9%.

التلوين المتزامن بشكل أوتوماتيكي لتوفير وقت التشغيل ومساحة التخزين.
تم تصميم بوابات مخروطية مزدوجة للتحكم الدقيق بوزن جرعات المواد الخام.
تصميم خلاط عمودي بدون بقايا مواد، مما يسهل عملية تغيير المواد بسرعة.
مزود بشاشة تفاعلية ملونة مع نظام تحكم PLC، كما يمكن دمجه مع نظام نقل المواد المدمج لمراقبة حالة التشغيل بسهولة.
جميع محطات الجرعات مزودة بإنذار نقص المواد، وتتوقف تلقائيًا بانتظار تزويد المواد في حال نقص أي محطة.
