FEATURE
- PID temperature controller to ensure the precision temperature within ± 0.5℃ tolerance.
- The outlet temperature of dehumidified air can be set by required.
- Special drainage device is designed to drain condensation water automatically, eliminating dripping and trouble of cleaning condensation water.
- The mold dehumidifiers are suitable for cooled mold injection such as PET preform. Dehumidified air below 20% RH prevents the condensation from mold surface and ensures the stable quality and reduces the percentage of defective products.
- The mold dehumidifiers are also suitable for molding machine of low temperature required such as bag molding .It provides 8-15℃ air to shorten the cycle time and increase productivity & competition.
