To ensure a Stable Process, the raw material first passes through the Infrared Rotary Dryer (IRD), which achieves crystallization and drying in one step, drastically reducing moisture from 3000ppm to 300-500ppm within 15 minutes. The material is then conveyed to a Three-In-One Dehumidifying Dryer (or Vacuum Dehumidifying Dryer), utilizing a closed-loop dehumidifying hot air to further lower the moisture content to about 50ppm before extrusion. This high-efficiency setup is perfectly complemented by our energy-saving Inverter Cooling Chiller and Mold Temperature Controller for PET sheets, textile fibers, and thin films.
