Two tower desiccant switching for drying and regeneration.

PLC control for accurate drying and regeneration time controlling.

FEATURE

The structure is designed for two desiccant beds and close cooling system of regenerative zone.
Dew-point keeps below －40℃ & stable during the long-term operation.
Control panel with drying flowchart monitors the operation status easily.
Regenerative heater is controlled by PID temperature controller and timer, this non-continue heating designs for saving energy.
Cartridge filter in the outlet of dried air prevents powder pollution.
The defectives such as silver streak, flow marks, cracked effects and surface haze which caused by hygroscopic material incomplete drying can be solved efficiently.
The dehumidifying dryer can improve material physical performances such as tension, impact, climate proof and etc. to ensure the stable quality of products and increase the competition.
