Volumetric Dosing Blender
Using Servo motor to control RPM speed of screw metering.
FEATURE
- Simultaneous coloring automatically for saving working hours and storage space.
- Using servo motor to control RPM speed of dosing motor exactly and utmost accurate dosing.
- PLC & human-machine touch panel controller will calculate RPM speed of dosing stations properly and operate automatically just by entering the percentage of material or material weight.
- All the dosing stations are designed for continuous dosing system not for batch system, they will be ON / OFF together according to the material component to keep mixing ratio consistently anytime.
- All the dosing stations are equipped with material shortage alarm and they will be stopped automatically if any dosing station is lack of material.
- Maintenance door is equipped with safety device for safe & convenient operation.
- The vibration of molding machine has no influence on accuracy.
